L'effetto serra sta sempre di più modificando il clima globale. I fenomeni estremi che vediamo sono addebitabili ad esso, a detta della maggior parte degli scienziati mondiali. Ieri i telegiornali hanno dato notizia di isolotti (del pacifico?) sgombrati a causa dell'avanzare dell'acqua del mare, provocata dallo scioglimento di ghiacci del polo). cosa si potrebbe fare per evitare o per limitare tutto ciò? In piccolo probabilmente ben poco, a meno di fare il con chisciotte (si scriverà così?) contro i mulini a vento. Ci vorrebbero delle politiche globali volte a eliminare da subito l'uso del combustibile fossile dalle attività umane. L'alternativa pare esista, ma pochi hanno voglia di affrontare i problemi che essa pone. E' una società pigra e immobile, e parte da ognuno di noi. E' la somma che fa il totale. Occorre svegliarsi.
